New art exhibited online from Meredith Hanson

Today we noticed new artwork by Meredith Hanson.  Hanson graduated from Wheaton College in Norton, MA as a Studio Art major and an Art History minor. Art has been her passion ever since she was very young and it will always be a very important part of her life.  She has experimented with various mediums over the years such as charcoal, watercolor, pastel, and oil paints. Before she was accepted to Wheaton, she spent several years working with pastels and focused primarily on still lifes and eventually moved on to landscapes. She loved working with pastels but felt that she should definitely try using oil paints. Her freshman year of college she was the only freshman to be accepted into one of the painting classes offered during the spring semester.  She was surrounded by juniors and seniors but this only encouraged her to work that much harder as she was completely dedicated to her work.

We have created a roster of some of the leading emerging artists around the globe. To search our database, visit our art directory to sort by price, size, medium or theme.  Empty Wall? Give it Love.
