KiptonART TALK with Chef Adrianna Holiat

Adrianna Holiat is the founder of Greenwich Village Green, a NYC based boutique company offering holistic health and nutrition consulting, personal chef, supper club, and meal delivery services with a focus on special diets and locally grown food. She also recently launched Baked By Bub, a food line featuring natural and organic sweets and treats.

Who are your favorite KiptonART artists? Why?
 I really enjoy the work of Kiritin Beyer, especially her Pyrenees series. I have a great fondness for rural life and honoring the tradition and history of small local farms. Unfortunately, in many parts of the world, this way of life is dissolving and this series is a very honest and emotional portrayal of that.

What was the last exhibition you attended?
Bambu at the MET.
