With a journalism background and having worked as a reporter and producer for RAI television for many years, Ciampa prides himself on his understanding of the news cycle and mentality of fellow journalists, providing a 360-degree understanding of the media world. It was only natural for Ciampa to shift his energies to the marketing side. In 2004 he opened The Promotion Factory, a marketing and PR Agency specializing in fashion, accessories and lifestyle brands.
