KiptonART Broadens Artist Exposure To Expand Real Estate Art Placement & Curation

Over the past 4 years, KiptonART has partnered with elite real estate properties in New York City to provide and rotate artwork to enhance building lobbies and common spaces. Leveraging our curatorial expertise and our wealth of talented, innovative and diverse artists, we bring a new level of support to real estate agents and developers. Working with KiptonART is an easy and stress-free experience. The KiptonART Team manages all project logistics from conception of the artworks chosen, to installation and pricing strategy suitable to any budget. After spending some time on-site to acquaint ourselves with the space and the clientele, we filter through our vast database of artwork to find pieces that are appropriate in size, medium, color and subject matter. We then provide a final selection of pieces for approval and personally deliver and hang the artwork according to client deadlines. Founder, Kipton Cronkite states, "We will do whatever we can to help promote and support the hundreds of emerging artists who are part of the KiptonART Family."

Curatorial agreements range in price based on the following variables:
- Duration of agreement (3 months - 1 year)
- Number of art rotations (1 - 3x per year)
- Duration of each rotation (90 days)
- Number of art pieces (1+)
- Value of artwork ($500+)

Highlights of past/current New York projects include:
- Flank, 135 West 4th Street
- Flank, 40 Walker Street
- Linden 78 (78th and Amsterdam)
- Ariel East (100th and Broadway)
