Friday’s rain was the perfect opportunity to pull out my leather biker boots, fitting right in with the cool styles of Israeli designer Yigal Azrouël. I have a soft spot for Azrouël, as his last season was the first Bryant Park show I ever attended. His line is reminiscent to the original street styles of Tel Aviv with layered lightweight tops and paneled pants. Karen Eldad, who was decked out in the designer’s dress, noted that, “Yigal clearly understands a woman’s body.” This season he revealed more body conscious looks than ever before.
